The Pittsburgh Leasing Association (PLA) provides a forum for equipment leasing professionals from the Western Pennsylvania area to exchange information and attend educational programs in a cooperative, social environment. Formed in 1995, the organization boasts a membership of 175 individuals from over 40 bank and independent leasing companies, law, accounting and appraisal firms.
